2007 Toyota Avalon Pushbutton will not start the car with the key Fob - Found a Solution!

Immobilizer Security Red Indicator light continuously blinks, but the pushbutton start does will not turn green or light up with brake pedal engaged.    The Key FOB works for locking & unlocking the doors, popping the trunk, setting the alarm, etc.
