Nussecken – nach Omas Rezept | Einfach Backen

Nut corners are a real classic. Here you can learn how you can easily bake them yourself. It's not difficult at all and the result is delicious! The ingredients are enough for a large tray - perfect to give a few nut corners to your loved ones 🥰

For the dough we use:
125 g butter
100 g sugar
2 eggs
300 g flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pck. vanilla sugar
some butter for the form

For the topping we use:
200 g apricot jam
175 g butter
130 g sugar
1 pck. vanilla sugar
400 g ground nuts
200 g dark chocolate coating
