Khushbu Sundar, who had recently joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) earlier this month, was detained in Tamil Nadu's Chengalpattu district on Tuesday. Khushbu Sundar was detained when she was on her way to protest against VCK leader Thirumavalavan's remarks on Manusmriti.
Khushbu Sundar was on her way to Chidambaram to join a protest against VCK's Thirumavalavan for his remarks on Manusmriti when she was detained by the police.
