You might not believe how simple it is to make this delicious potato dish! It's an easy, affordable, and mouth-watering option. ➤INGREDIENTS OF CRISPY POTATO RECIPE:
3-4 Medium-Sized Potatoes
1 cup of starch
grated cheese
1 tsp of coriander
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
1 cup of bread crumbs
olive oil
Cut 3-4 medium-sized potatoes into small pieces. Place them in a pan, add enough water to cover the potatoes, and boil until tender. Once the potatoes are boiled, take them out and place them into a mixing bowl. Mash them before they get cold. Now, it's time to add spices to the mashed potatoes. Add 1 tsp of chili flakes, 1 tsp of dried coriander, 1 tbsp of grated cheese, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined. Then, add one cup of starch and Mix Well. Take a portion of the potato mixture and shape it as you see in the video.
Add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to a small bowl and mix with enough water to get a smooth liquid.
Dip each shaped potato in liquidy paste, ensuring it's well-coated. Roll the coated potato in breadcrumbs giving them a crunchy outer layer. Heat the olive oil in a pan and Fry the coated shaped potatoes until they turn golden brown and crispy, it looks so delicious and crispy.
