Garlic Herb Mozzarella Pizza 🍕 Simple and very tasty pizza recipes
Ingredients for the dough:
1 packet of dry yeast
200ml lukewarm water
200ml lukewarm milk
100ml oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 egg
1.5 tsp salt
approx. 750-800g flour
For painting:
3-4 cloves of garlic
60g soft butter
some rosemary
some thyme
Sal, pepper, spring onions
Parsely
For covering:
mozzarella cheese
Baking time: 190 degrees preheated oven, bake until golden brown
