Mortal kombat MUGEN games are fan made games. This one is a half-finished game; as a result, it is full of bugs and glitches.
If you can look past it's problems it's actually one of the better MUGENS out there, solid gameplay, tight combos and awesome artwork. If only the guy who created it, finished it ...
