NH39: BETWEEN SARIHAJAN TINALI TO GARAMPANI DECLARED SPEED CONTROLLED ZONE

Superintendent of Police of Assam’s Karbi Anglong District on January 5 announced the stretch from Sarihajan Tinali to Garampani on NH39 as a trial speed-controlled zone imposing a speed limit of 60 KM/Hour for vehicles after thorough observation of repeated road accidents in the area. SP Sanjiv Kumar Saikia highlighted that a significant number of accidents involved commuters from Nagaland and further urged the citizens of the state to adhere to the regulation and support their efforts
