Do NOT Build a House
Do NOT Build a House with these Home Builders! Who are the worst homebuilders in the United States? Over the last few months, we’ve been bombarded with story after story of naughty builders. Poor quality of construction. Homes taking way longer than expected. Builders forcing buyers to pay more for the home months after they’ve signed off on a final price. Some builders have canceled contracts only to turn around & sell the home to someone else for tens of thousands of dollars more. Other builders have unscrupulously kept thousands of dollars in homebuyer deposits. Sure 2021 was a tough year for builders with shortages in labor & supplies, while the cost of construction skyrocketed. Most builders did the best they could, some even sold their homes at a loss to honor their pricing. Several builders handled the adversity with flying colors while others… well, let’s just say they’ve been put on the naughty list. Quite frankly some builders are notoriously bad year after year in quality of construction & customer service among other things. List of Best & Worst Homebuilders Below.
