Fix a bootloop after installing fresh rom

Sometimes you get bootloops after installing a new rom especially when switching from a TouchWiz to an AOSP rom. Thus can also happen when restoring a nand in twrp and usually crops up when a drastic change in the OS type happens. This little fix has saved me from frustration many times. Give it a shot the next time you get a bootloop
