Buckwheat/ Kuttu, Amaranth/ Chaulai, Barnyard / Samak, Phool Makhana has been our go to food for Navratri fasting for many years now. Today I have shared delicious smoothie made with these wholesome ingredients. They are loaded with heart healthy fiber, easily digestible complete protein, vitamins, and minerals. It has such a beautiful creamy texture and amazing  flavour, you’d never guess what’s in it.
