Here is some gameplay footage of me using the cheats, they are very easy to use and the best part is: No download required whatsoever.
HOW TO CHEAT:
go to the file you've dowloaded MW2 in.
open the folder-players and click on config.cfg copy the file and open the ORIGINAL config.cfg file with Wordpad and go to the bottom of the page and type: seta thereisacow "1337"
bind m "god"
bind = "notarget"
bind . "activate; timescale 0.5"
bind , "activate; timescale 1"
bind - "noclip"
save the file, and right-click on it and go to properities.
now click on read only.
this works for Special Ops and Campaign missions too!
this does NOT work for Multiplayer.
