How much worse is an SSL on SWITCH in Rocket League?

The best Rocket League Players play on PC, so what happens if they switch...to switch. Chaos. I've got two high level supersonic legends (basically pro) who will 2v2 every rank until they lose. What rank are they on the switch? Can they make it all the way back up to SSL and be good enough to overcome the obvious challenges of going from PC to switch?
