How to Eat Like A Minimalist and Simplify Your Eating If you are able to eat like a minimalist, you can dramatically simplify your eating and the way we prepare food, make the food we eat healthier and more affordable, and help transform our own health and the health of others, so this is a big deal! To help eat more like a minimalist, we have established five basic principles. Examine your current food and dietary choices and see how they stack up. 5 Principles of Minimal Eating There are 5 key principles to minimal eating. A minimalist way of eating includes foods that are: Healthy (Focus on nourishing your body, and cut out some of the excess junk.) Affordable (You don't need to spend tons of money to eat well.) Simple (Not too time consuming to make, and don't require too many ingredients.) Not Too Much (As in, don't eat too much to the point of feeling uncomfortable.)
