Adjust the volume for your BTE (Behind-the-Ear) hearing aid

• Step 1. If your hearing aid has an optional onboard volume control, you can adjust the volume as needed according to your preferences.
• Step 2. To decrease the volume, press the bottom part of the volume control.
• Step 3. To increase the volume, press the top part of the volume control.
• Step 4. When you change the volume, the hearing aid will respond with a beep. When you reach the upper or lower volume limits, the hearing aid will respond with a low-pitched beep.
