Luoyang, a city located in the Henan province, served as the capital for THIRTEEN Chinese dynasties. As such, there are a handful of culturally-rich attractions to visit there. In terms of food, we tasted the BEST 锅贴 ever. It was SO GOOD, we even returned for seconds during our three-day visit.
