How to clean the Maintenance Cap in the Eddie Edible Ink Printer.

Every time you change a cartridge you should inspect the maintenance cap for liquid ink. If ink is found it should be cleaned using the procedure in this video. Over time excess ink build-up ink can create a pool in the maintenance cap and wick back up into the ink nozzles. This can contaminate the colors so they no longer print accurate color in images.
