Fungal keratitis intrastromal antifungal therapy

This patient had long duration of keratitis that was first treated as bacterial ulcer but when we started antifungal it gave response . To get much rapid response been gave topical systemic subconjunctival and intra stromal anti fungal because cornea was about to perforate .
