Google Meet or Google Hangouts Meet is a platform for video conferencing for large groups. Anyone can join a Google Meet meeting, but in order to host a Google Meet meeting, you have to sign up on Google Gsuite. Google Meet is different than Google Hangouts which is not intended to host large meetings. Google Hangouts offers virtual meetings for up to 10 people.
