Explaining reality in 11 minutes (according to Parmenides)

I try to create as short and concise an explanation for Parmenides' philosophical idea of the Fork on the Road, his explanation for the situation we find ourselves in.
Remember that there is no going halfway with Parmenides, these aren't just cool ideas and metaphors to bounce around at a dinner table. Everything I say here is meant to be taken literally. This is the truth of reality and one can reach these conclusions if one truly looks around and observes in and through stillness.

Also excuse the sound being wonky, I'm away on travels and have no access to my microphone so had to make due with my phone.
