Hashimoto's symptoms can change over time and some patients may experience a flare up.

This video will walk you through how to identify if your symptoms are related to flare up and more important what caused the symptoms and how to treat them.

Common symptoms of a Hashimoto's flare up:
- Abrupt worsening of fatigue
- Weight gain from an unclear source
- Weakness or malaise
- Racing heart, jittery sensation or an uncomfortable rush
- New onset or worsening brain fog or reduced concentration

Casues of Hashimoto's flare ups:
- Extreme physiologic or emotional stress
- Physical trauma
- Vital infections
- Chronic nutrient deficiencies
- Exposure to endocrine disrupting chemicals
- Exposure to heavy metals
- Increased intestinal permeability
