• Ingredients
(makes about 6 muffins)
【For the Muffins】
□ 30g Cream cheese
□ 80g Unsalted butter
□ 90g Granulated sugar
□ 100g Eggs
□ 3g Vanilla extract
□ Pinch of salt
□ 100g Cake flour
□ 30g Cheddar cheese powder
□ 3g Baking powder
□ 30g Heavy cream
【For the Filling】
□ 100g Cream cheese
□ 30g Powdered sugar
□ 20g Cheddar cheese powder
• Before you start
- Take your cream cheese, butter, eggs, and heavy cream out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before using.
- Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
- Preheat oven to 355°F.
