Caterpillar Cat 305 Mini Excavator destroys house
This old section of our house needed to be demolished. It had a bad foundation (above the frost line) and could not practically be repaired. We will build it back with modern insulation and structure, as well as a full basement footing and foundation.
The demo company used their nearly new Caterpillar Cat 305 Mini Excavator with thumb and a heavy-duty trailer to make short work of the process.
