Kayaking & Glow worms - Lake District Adventures | NZ

A month ago, we went kayaking with a group of friends and did a self guided tour at Lake District Adventures and kayak our way around Lake Karapiro and it was awesome!!!
A week ago we came back to Cambridge to go glamping (Wanderlust Glamping) which was close by so we decided to come back to Lake District Adventures to do the glow worm tour which was truly amazing!. We started the tour just before sunset and learnt so much from our tour guide Caleb,
Who wouldn't known that many years ago we would be kayaking over an old village (Horahora Village) as well as the old power station which was one of the biggest in the southern hemisphere, So many history!
we truly recommend the glow worm tour, it is one of the most phenomenal experience to kayak through the lake at night and hear nothing but nature, and see the glow worms sparkle.
