We are looking for up-and-coming innovators of beauty product(s) that blend science and nature to deliver results. We're talking moisturizers, serums, body lotions, cleansers and more!

Tell us your WHY. Create a 1–2-minute video introducing yourself, business and WHY you got started, along with a 300-word max. essay walking us through your business strategy. Explain how your product, brand or technology addresses the skin or hair care needs of Black consumers and how science and natural ingredients play a role in your product(s).

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S., who are age 18+, a Black female-identifying person and the owner of a US-based small business with a product, brand, or technology that blends science and nature to meet the skin or hair care needs of Black consumers, that is (a) at least 51% owned by a Black female-identifying person or (b) led by a Black female-identifying person who has the role of Chief Executive Officer with an existing Product that meets the skin or hair care needs of Black consumers.
