The ending we all expected the first time around. The full paragon and 5000+ EMS destroy ending, preceded by all cut scenes from the final mission.

Obviously a massive SPOILER WARNING accompanies this.

This is a very long video, so I'll make some jump-to links for those only interested in parts of it:
0:00 - The fleets assemble
4:20 - Approaching the Hades cannon
6:05 - Destroying the cannon
8:40 - The shuttles advance
11:00 - Talking with the squad, in the order of James, Kaiden, Zaeed, Cortez, Kasumi, Jack, Samara, Grunt, Jacob, Miranda, Garrus (and Primarch Victus), Liara, Javik, Wrex, EDI, and Tali
30:23 - Anderson's briefing session
31:56 - Commander Shepard's rallying speech
33:21 - Anderson leads the assault (note that this is the scene later seen in the pre-rendered clip of Reapers falling over)
35:30 - Successful anti-air launch takes out a Reaper
37:30 - The Crucible is on the move
39:20 - Charging to the beam
43:50 - Marauder Shields (may he rest in peace)
47:25 - Confrontation with the Illusive Man
53:10 - Opening the arms of the Citadel
56:40 - Ascension...
1:09:00 - DESTROY THEM ALL!
1:14:10 - The Normandy crash-lands on a mysterious planet
1:15:50 - Admiral Hackett's epilogue
1:20:22 - Credits
1:21:05 - Post-credits scene (the stargazer is voiced by none other than astronaut Buzz Aldrin, the second person to walk on the Moon)
And that is all.

I think this is the ending that should have been the original and only ending. The Reapers are destroyed, and sure, the mass relays are damaged, but Admiral Hackett states explicitly that "We can rebuild everything that was destroyed", emphasising "everything".
It's also interesting how the Catalyst AI construct mentions that his creators "did not approve" of them becoming the first Reapers, and that organics are "more resourceful" than he realised. Sounds like the little god-child thing is to blame for the WHOLE entire Reaper affair then...
My guess is that an ancient race of organics created the first sentient AI, and marveled at their own greatness (Matrix, anyone?) - even as said AI decided that the only solution preventing universal chaos was to harvest that organic race to create a seemingly unstoppable synthetic force that would tyrannise the galaxy for many 50,000-year cycles to come. Huh. What a douche.
But it makes a great video game trilogy!
It's also interesting how BioWare changed the final note of the original ending to be slightly less dramatic - as the Normandy attempts to outrun a massive explosion, the music no longer heralds impending doom as it did previously.

And yes, there's already a lot of videos of the Extended Cut endings, but I haven't found any that show the entirety of Priority: Earth. So I made one, cutting out only the gameplay segments. You'll notice that the original continuity error of your squad mates escaping when they should still be on Earth is fixed with the Extended Cut. Also, you get to watch it all in glorious 1920x1200 resolution! Or 1080p if your screen isn't that big.

A few more details about my playthrough:
I had a full paragon score in all three games, and always went with paragon dialogue options when available. I completed all side-missions and ME2 loyalty missions. This means that the genophage was cured, the salarian dalatrass was saved (and thus the salarians sent their forces to help too), the quarians made peace with the upgraded geth, and Tali was my romance partner since Mass Effect 1.
However, even with all this, my final EMS was just under 4000 due to the readiness rating remaining at 50% (no multiplayer for me, thank you very much). So I said screw that and edited my save with the incredibly useful Gibbed ME3 SaveEdit, giving myself an extra few thousand war asset points. My final EMS was well over 5000.

And now for the standard copyright jazz... I own no rights to the content of this video; I'm showing it under the clause of Fair Use and to show just how awesome the game BioWare created is.
