hello! Today I'm going to share a savory and delicious brioche bun recipe. It's not easy to find delicious brioche buns, and most of the products in the mart are of poor quality, so I made it myself. This recipe is fairly simple to make, so you won't have a hard time making it. The buns are really savory and delicious because they are sprinkled with egg water and sesame seeds at the end! *I made 9 breads with about 63~65g.
*When making bread, the last fermentation process is really important. In the 3rd fermentation, ferment for at least 1 hour to make the dough rise more than 2.5fold increase.

300g strong flour
6g dry yeast
4g salt
30g sugar
4g salt
1 egg
100ml of water
45ml milk
