Join me for a postnatal Pilates stretch flow focusing on neck, shoulder, back and hip release! This one is designed to help with many of the common problems experienced by nursing mothers.

This lovely postnatal stretch flow will help to relieve tighness across all of those areas that commonly get sore during the postpartum period, particularly when nursing a new baby. Regardless of whether you're breastfeeding or bottle feeding, being in that hunched forward position for long periods of time often leads to tightness and pain.

For this pilates flow you will only need a small space on the floor and 14 minutes to get through it all. Try doing it at least a few times per week for best results.

▸ Suitable after your 6-8 week postnatal clearance with your medical health professional
▸ Time: 14 minutes
▸ No equipment needed
