Betty demonstrates how to make Pineapple Pudding Dip. This is a light-tasting dip for fruit and cookies. It can be used as a appetizer or dessert.
Pineapple Pudding Dip
16 ounces sour cream
8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained (Juice is not used in this recipe.)
1 small box fat-free, sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
variety of prepared fruits and crisp cookies, for dipping
Place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Mix thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until serving time. When ready to serve, spoon the dip into a serving dish and surround it with a variety of prepared fruits and crisp cookies. This dip is great for a party! Enjoy! --Betty ♥
