This video is our special Exercise of the Week! Power for Parkinson's fitness instructors highlight and demonstrate one #parkinsonsexercise movement every week. In this Exercise of the Week, Nadine guides us through some everyday hand movement exercises to help combat Parkinson's symptoms such as tremors, shakiness, muscle rigidity, and even pain from arthritis. Our PFP friends know Nadine from her peaceful Sunday Relax & Reset seated yoga classes. In this exercise of the week, she leads us through a "phrase", sequences of 6 mudras (symbolic hand gestures). Find your peace and improve your dexterity, handwriting, flexibility, motor skills, decrease pain, and more with PFP! Happy exercising!
