油3湯匙
黑糖/白糖2茶匙
魚露 1湯匙
沙嗲醬
乾蔥頭 2個
花生 50g
蝦膏 1湯匙
南薑 1塊
香茅 2枝
辣椒 1隻
蒜頭 2瓣
肉豆蔻粉 1/4茶匙 (注意用量）
咖哩粉(含黃薑) 1/2湯匙
純咖哩粉 1茶匙
小茴香粉 1/4茶匙
辣椒粉 1茶匙
油3湯匙
椰糖 1湯匙
魚露 半湯匙
生抽 1.5湯匙

The following amounts are for reference, you can adjust the amount according to your preferences and make your own taste
sand tea sauce
Peanuts 50g
1 tbsp shrimp paste
1 slice ginger
1 chilli
2 cloves garlic
2 dried shallots
1 piece of dried tangerine peel
1-2 tbsp sakura shrimp
2 tsp fish meal
1 tsp five spice powder
3 tablespoons oil
2 tsp brown sugar/white sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
satay sauce
2 dried shallots
Peanuts 50g
1 tbsp shrimp paste
1 piece galangal
2 sprigs lemongrass
1 chilli
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder (note the amount)
1/2 tbsp curry powder (with turmeric)
1 tsp pure curry powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili powder
3 tablespoons oil
1 tbsp coconut sugar
fish sauce half tbsp
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
Practice make perfect
You can try several times to adjust to your own taste
