quick pickled jalapenos, pickle any chili pepper you want.
serrano's are the best in my opinion (:
people tend to overcomplicate this so here you go (:

Recipe:
4 cups sliced peppers
2 cups apple cider/rice wine vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 tbs salt

don't bother bring things to a boil, unless you need it in the next hour
just wisk everything until dissolved then pour over your peppers.
they be ready in less than a day
they last FOREVER (almost) in the fridge (:
