Ingredients: 300g of shabu beef, 5 pieces of Chinese cabbage, 80g of leek, 200g of bean sprouts, 5 rows of garland chrysanthemums, 1 bag of enoki mushrooms, 150g of oyster mushrooms, 10 anchovies, 2 pieces of kelp, half onion, 2 radish, 1 green onion, green ,1 red pepper, 2 tablespoons of soup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sake, pepper, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, a little bit of soft mustard.

1. Put 10 anchovies in 1.8L of water, 2 large sheets of kelp, half an onion, 2 radishes, and 1 green onion. After 5 minutes, remove the kelp and boil for another 10 minutes.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of soup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of taste sake, and season with some pepper. (Please use salt for insufficient seasoning)
3. Take out the ingredients.
4. Cut 1/2 onion, trim the enoki mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, cut the cabbage in half, cut the leek to make it easier to eat, cut the root of the garland chrysanthemum, and chop the red pepper.
5. Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of broth, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and a little bit of soft mustard.
