Roasted Sausage Roll, made with an economical, versatile roasted savory dough that is at the same time easy to make, soft and very delicious!! 😋
In principle, with the same dough, you can also create mini sausage rolls, which are perfect to serve at birthday parties or events.
Write down the dough ingredients:
250ml of warm water
75ml of oil
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 level tablespoon of salt
10g dry organic yeast
500g wheat flour
In the recipe to make the rolled options, I used 1 package of sausage with 10 units.
The final yield will depend on which model you will produce, for example: if it is mini size, just 1 sausage makes 4 mini rolls.
Use oil and wheat flour to grease the pan and 1 egg yolk to brush the pastries. You can finish with oregano or white sesame.
