Non-partisanship is commonly understood as not supporting a political party, but the way things are worded can also create a partisan perception within the eyes of voters. In this talk, Elections BC and Apathy is Boring discuss how certain messages can affect voter perception, and how you can harness a passionate message to vote -- while conveying a neutral perception.
