GM Truck Misfire, O2 Sensors, LOW VOLTAGE? -Part 1

The owner brought over his trusty Chevy Truck over for several issues. It seems to run fine, but the Check Engine light flashes at times.

He also mentioned that the Voltmeter drops and the lights get dim when he does hard pulls....interesting!
