In this video I show you the entire process of dehydrating cheese and making cheese powder. I also show you how to store the dehydrated cheese, and then how to use the dehydrated cheese.

I stored the dehydrated cheese two different ways. The first way is shredded, so that I can rehydrate the cheese and use it on things like tacos, or melted in quesadillas. The second way is the cheese powder, which I used to make a cheese sauce and really delicious mac and cheese.
