MATERIAL LIST FOR 5 PERSON OF PARTS;
(Necessary materials for couplet mortar)
500 g medium fat ground beef,

2 green peppers,

a pinch of parsley,
3 cloves of garlic,
1 teaspoon each: salt, cumin, red powdered pepper, cayenne pepper, black pepper,
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs,
1 egg,
(Necessary ingredients for the sauce)
2 tbsp oil,
2 years spoon of mixed tomato paste,
1 glass of water,
1 tbsp vinegar,
1 tablespoon of butter,
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar,
1 teaspoon of salt,
1 teaspoon of black pepper,
1 teaspoon of red chili powder,
other materials ;
3 pieces of dough,
to rub into and on the dough
melted butter,
Garlic yoghurt and parsley to top
to eat with you;
