Community can do more to identify those at risk of radicalisation: Expert

The ISD is investigating 37 Singaporeans and foreigners in Singapore as part of counter-terrorism operations. One Bangladeshi worker has been arrested. One public security expert has said more can be done by the community to identify those at risk of being radicalised. Examples would be having volunteers walk the ground to disseminate the right information, especially to young people who may feel excluded, or teaching them how to spot tell-tale signs such as a changes in behaviour.
