Antspur Rapier and Frozen Needle
Antspur Rapier and Frozen Needle in Power Stance might be nastiest dual wield combo in the game, as long as your adversaries won't stack too much poise that is :)
BUILD:

As for weapons, I use Antspur Rapier and Frozen Needle, altho you can go for double Antspur Rapier for insane rot & blood status pressure.
I run bull-goat set with Raging Wolf Helm on my head for some additional style points.
