Safely Upgrade Old 2 Prong Outlets To 3 prong Outlets

Have to update my old house wiring to 3 prong outlets. I don't have time right now to run new 12-2  wire and hook up the ground, but this  will get me by for now.  What the previous owners did was wrong .
