People who help others learn must have good interpersonal skills. They need to be able to explain things clearly, and it helps to have the energy and enthusiasm to keep students interested.

Another key interpersonal skill is helping people find solutions to their needs. Serving clients and customers well requires the ability to listen and communicate with patients and courtesy.
