Tehachapi Loop in Green and in 4K!

I've always wanted to make the trip to the Tehachapi's when the hills and surrounding area was still green from the rainy season. The only time prior was catching the Circus Train in 2012 when everything was dried out, dead, and the temperature was well over 100 degrees. Between the two trips I'd definitely prefer the green and cooler weather.
