Baby squirrel waking up from her nap

This is our 8 wk old baby squirrel named Storm Squirrel. The tree holding her nest was stripped of its limbs during a summer thunderstorm. Attempts were made to reunite baby with mom, but mom never showed up to get her baby :( We are working with a rescue to reintroduce her back out into the "wild" aka our backyard, in the next two weeks.
