Founded in Ise City in 1963, "Gyoza no Misuzu" has been loved for many years as Ise's soul food.
Every day, the line that forms before the opening of the store is one of the scenery of the city.
A veteran chef prepares the dough and bean paste from early in the morning.
It is also a pleasure to be able to see how multiple craftsmen work together to create dumplings right in front of you like a stage.
We closely followed the traditional gyoza making that has been passed down for 60 years.

And during the corona crisis, the number of seats was reduced to half for one period, and the demand for take-out increased, and a take-out specialty store opened in the midst of adversity.
I am deeply moved by the attitude of the shopkeeper who protects the taste that is loved by the locals in any situation. It is truly the soul food of Ise.
