Welcome back to Contemporary Mama! For the entire month of August my husband and I are completing the Whole30 eating program! If you aren't familiar that means no dairy, grains, pasta, beans, legumes, sugar, or processed foods! It takes a lot of work to eat only whole unprocessed foods so I am sharing a simple meal prep to set us up for success on our first week of whole30.
