Today we will make desi ghee from butter and how to purify it
............
INGREDIENTS:
1- Cream (balai) : 500g
2- Yogurt: 2 TS
3-Flour : 1/2 TS

PROCESS:
Take 500g cream (balai) in a bowl and add 2 TS of yogurt. Leave it for at least 8 hours (better to leave it for 24 hours). After that blend it to get butter. Now cook this butter on low flame. Keep stirring until the whole buttermilk evaporates and butter turns into ghee. When the buttermilk completely evaporated add 1/2 TS of flour and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes (this will purify the ghee). After that ghee becomes ready to be used in your dishes.
