How to make hong zhao rice wine, fuzhou fermented red wine
Ingredients :
1 kg white glutinous rice
2-3 dried yeast cake
250 gr red yeast rice
4-5 spoon sugar (optional)
2 bottles (1500 ml) chinese rice wine, or white wine or even red wine
important : do not tighten up the lid, let the gas out otherwise will be exploded
Cara Membuat Angcao
bahan :
1 kg beras ketan putih
2-3 biji ragi tape
250 gr angkak
4-5 sdm gula (optional)
2 botol arak cina, makin tinggi kadar alkohol, makin bagus
penting : jgn ditutup rapat tutup botolnya. biarkan longgar agar tidak meledak
