Upper Merion High School murder case - Jay Smith Interview 1987 WCAU

Broadcast following the airing of the CBS miniseries "Echoes in the Darkness" in 1987, local station WCAU (channel 10) aired this segment on the then 8-year-old case that inspired the televised drama. In 1979, Susan Reinert and her children were murdered. Teacher William Bradfield and Upper Merion High School principal Jay C. Smith were found guilty of the crime. This is an abbreviated portion of a program called "Live on City Line," and features interviews with Smith and prosecutor Richard Guida, among others.
