I have had some close calls with this myself over the years and thought it best to pick this topic for the beginning of the series.

NB! We don't often use the word 'accident' with machetes as it implies nothing could have be done to avoid the situation (which most of the time is very far from the truth). We normally use the word 'Incident' because it implies responsibility. When we take personal responsibility for our actions and behaviour it generally becomes a much safer situation, fast.
