German police brutally arrest a man after he 'stole a bicycle'

The video was taken on Thursday in the popular Kreuzberg district of Germany's capital Berlin, showing the police violently detaining a 22-year-old suspect in the theft of a bicycle. An investigation has now been opened as to whether excessive force was used. Police also said that several officers were injured when the angry crowd began throwing things at them.
